How to send proposals by email or client link, and what your client will see.
BidCraft gives you two ways to get a proposal in front of a client: send it via email directly from the app, or share a link.
BidCraft sends a branded email with a link to the online proposal. The proposal status automatically changes to "Sent".
Click "Copy Link" on any proposal to get a shareable URL. You can text this link, paste it into an email, or share it however you prefer. Anyone with the link can view the proposal — no login required.
Clients see a clean, mobile-friendly version of your proposal with your branding. They can read it, accept it, or decline it directly from their browser — no app or account needed.
Tip: Send proposals within an hour of a site visit. Contractors who respond fastest win disproportionately more jobs.
BidCraft tracks when clients open and view your proposals. You'll see view timestamps in the proposal detail — useful for knowing when to follow up.
