How to make changes to any part of a proposal after it's been generated.
Every proposal BidCraft generates can be fully edited. The AI gives you a starting point — you have complete control over the final content.
Open any proposal and click "Edit Proposal". The proposal text becomes fully editable.
Changes save automatically as you type. There's no separate save button — your edits are preserved in real time.
Note: If you download a PDF and then edit the proposal, you'll need to download a new PDF to reflect your changes.
If you made extensive edits and want to start fresh, you can click "Regenerate" to have the AI rewrite the proposal from your original job description. Note: this will replace your manual edits.
