How to reuse a past proposal as the starting point for a new job.
When you do similar jobs repeatedly, duplicating an existing proposal is faster than starting from scratch.
Duplicate a proposal when you're doing almost exactly the same job for a different client and the specific proposal content is right. Use a template when you need a starting structure that you'll customize heavily each time.
Tip: After duplicating, scan the entire proposal for client-specific details — names, addresses, and unique job notes — and update all of them before sending.
Duplicated proposals always start as "Draft" — they are never automatically sent. You'll need to send the new proposal manually.
