How PDFs work in BidCraft, including your branding, logo, and what's included.
BidCraft generates professionally formatted PDFs with your branding automatically. Here's how it works.
On the free plan, PDFs include a small "Created with BidCraft" footer. On the Pro plan, PDFs are fully unbranded — only your company information appears.
Tip: Before downloading your first PDF, complete your company profile in Settings. A proposal with your logo looks dramatically more professional than one without.
Once downloaded, you can send the PDF however you normally communicate with clients — text message, email attachment, or in person. You can also use BidCraft's built-in email feature to send it directly.
