Setting up your company profile

Add your company name, logo, license number, and contact info to make your proposals look professional.

Your company profile is the foundation of every proposal you create. The information here — your name, logo, contact details, and license number — appears on every PDF you generate.

Where to find your profile

Click "Settings" in the left sidebar (the gear icon). Your company profile settings are on the Settings page.

What to fill in

  • Company name — appears in large text on every proposal PDF
  • Your name — the contact person on proposals
  • Phone number — clients use this to reach you
  • Email address — shown on proposals; can differ from your login email
  • Business address — shown in the proposal header
  • License number — builds trust; required in many trades and states
  • Logo — upload a PNG or JPG; appears in the top-left of every PDF

Click the logo upload area and select a PNG or JPG file. For best results, use a square or landscape image with a transparent or white background. The logo is automatically resized for the proposal PDF.

Tip: Even a simple text-based logo looks more professional than no logo at all. Your company name rendered in a clean font is enough.

Why this matters

Contractors who complete their profile win more jobs. Clients want to see a professional, complete document — a proposal with your logo, license number, and direct phone number signals that you're established and trustworthy.
