How to add job site photos to your proposals to give clients a clearer picture of the work.

Adding site photos to a proposal helps clients understand the scope of work and gives your proposal a more professional, thorough feel.

Adding photos

1Open a proposal.
2Scroll to the "Photos" section.
3Click "Add Photos" and select images from your device.
4Photos are uploaded and attached to the proposal.

What photos to include

Current state of the area being worked on
Any damage, wear, or issues that justify the work
Measurements or reference points
Comparable reference images for finishes or products

Photos in the PDF

When you download the proposal as a PDF, attached photos are included in a dedicated section. They're sized and formatted automatically.

Tip: Photos are especially powerful for roofing, water damage, and renovation proposals where the client may not fully understand the scope without seeing it.

Removing photos

Hover over any photo and click the X button to remove it from the proposal.
