What each section of the dashboard means — your stats, proposal list, and follow-up reminders.
Your dashboard is your command center. It gives you a quick read on your pipeline — what's out, what's won, what needs attention.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary cards showing:
Below the stats, you'll see your recent proposals sorted by last updated. Each row shows the client name, job description, status badge, and the date it was last modified. Click any row to open the full proposal.
If you have proposals that were sent more than 3 days ago with no response, BidCraft flags them for follow-up. You'll see a red badge on the Dashboard nav item. These are jobs you should follow up on — a simple check-in often makes the difference.
Use the filter tabs (All, Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined) to quickly see proposals by status. This is useful when you're tracking a specific stage of your pipeline.
Tip: Check your dashboard every morning. It takes 30 seconds and keeps you on top of every open opportunity.
