Understanding when and how often clients view your proposals.
BidCraft tracks every time a client opens your proposal, so you always know when to follow up and when to give them space.
Open any proposal and look for the "Views" section. You'll see the view count and timestamps. The Analytics page in the sidebar shows a broader view of engagement across all proposals.
Tip: Reach out within an hour of the client's first view. Your proposal is literally on their screen — timing a call in that window dramatically increases close rates.
