Managing your clients

How to use the BidCraft CRM to view client history, add notes, and track relationships.

BidCraft automatically builds a client record every time you create a proposal for someone. The Clients section gives you a simple CRM to manage those relationships.

Your client list

Click "Clients" in the sidebar to see all your clients. Each row shows the client's name, total proposals sent, and last activity date. Click a client to see their full record.

The client detail page

Each client page shows:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
  • All proposals sent to this client with their statuses
  • Notes you've added
  • Total value of accepted proposals

Adding notes

Click "Add Note" on any client page to record useful context — preferred contact time, specific job details, referral source, or anything else worth remembering. Notes are private (only visible to you and your team).

Tip: Add a note immediately after a call or site visit. Clients appreciate when you remember details from past conversations.

Searching and filtering clients

Use the search bar at the top of the Clients page to find any client by name or address. You can also sort by total value or most recent activity.
