Managing your team

How to change team member roles, remove members, and monitor team activity.

The Team page in Settings gives you full control over who has access to your BidCraft account.

Viewing your team

Go to Settings → Team. You'll see all current members, their roles, and their last active date.

Changing a member's role

Click the "..." menu next to any team member and select "Change Role". Choose between Admin and Member and save.

Removing a team member

  1. 1Go to Settings → Team.
  2. 2Click "..." next to the member you want to remove.
  3. 3Select "Remove Member".
  4. 4Confirm the removal.

Removed members immediately lose access to your account. Their proposals and activity remain in your account.

Note: You cannot remove yourself from your own account. If you want to transfer ownership, contact support.

Team and billing

All team members are included in your single Pro subscription — there is no per-seat pricing. One Pro plan covers your whole team.
