If you've forgotten your password, resetting it takes less than a minute.
How to reset your password
- 1Go to the login page at bidcraft.app/login.
- 2Click "Forgot password?" below the sign-in form.
- 3Enter the email address associated with your account.
- 4Click "Send Reset Link".
- 5Check your inbox for an email with the subject "Reset your BidCraft password".
- 6Click the link in the email.
- 7Enter and confirm your new password.
- 8Click "Set New Password".
- 9You'll be signed in automatically.
If the email doesn't arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with
- Wait 2 minutes and check again
- Contact support if you still haven't received it
Note: The reset link expires after 60 minutes. If it expires, go back to the login page and request a new one.
Changing your password when logged in
If you're already logged in and want to change your password, go to Settings and look for the "Change Password" option in the Account section.
