How to cancel, update your payment method, and access your billing history.
Everything related to your subscription is managed from the Settings page.
Click "Settings" in the sidebar, then scroll to the "Subscription" section. Here you can see your current plan, next billing date, and access the billing portal.
After canceling, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan — your data and proposals are never deleted.
Note: We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days.
Click "Manage Billing" and navigate to the Stripe portal to see your full billing history and download receipts.
